We’re rallying together to raise funds for our local Apollo Bay CFA Brigade, and every single donation, big or small, will help make an impact.
️What’s the challenge? On Friday March 13th, will be the second running of the legendary 100 Hole Hike Challenge in beautiful Apollo Bay — playing 100 holes of golf, on foot, in just one day! It’s a test of endurance, skill, and sheer determination… all in the name of a great cause.
We're also bringing back the 9-hole charity ambrose event, followed by a community bbq.
❤️ Why are we doing this? Because our local fireys have had a hell of a Summer supporting us and we need to show some of that back. Together with the Apollo Bay Golf Club, we want show our gratitude for those fighting this Summer's fires on our doorstep , and raise funds to support their crucial work.
So, will you join us in making a terrific day and raising some money for a great bunch of locals. ⛳

We have 2 events on the day, and we'd love you to be a part of them.
The 100 Hole Hike
• Enter solo, or as a relay pair or threesome
• Only 18 spots available on the course
• A full-day challenge, all for a great cause
Charity 9 hole Ambrose event• Teams of 4
• 18 team spots available
• Entry: $100 per team (payable on the day)
• Expect laughs, surprises, and a relaxed afternoon
• Followed by a community BBQ
100 Hole Hike EVENT AGENDA
Friday March 13
6:45 AM
100 hole hike participants check-in and begin.
1:00PM
3:30PM
Activities begin at the Golf Club, including closest to the pin competition. Come down and take a shot at the grand prize!
6:00PM
Team ambrose 9 hole competition begins, with a shotgun start.
Competitors finish their final 100th hole, ambrose winners announced and a community bbq hosted at the golf club.
Why are we doing this?
Because the local CFA brigade is at the core of any Australian rural community, and here in the Otways we know that only too much. This Summer has been as challenging as any in recent memory and the volunteer blood, sweat and tears of our fireys has saved many a home and life.
We need to show them how we feel, and we need to support them in kind. So join us on March 13 and make it a day to remember.
